Something wrong with your order? No problem. Our returns and quick and easy.
From the day of order delivery, you have 14 days to fill out the return request form that you can find on this page:
start by entering the email with which you made the purchase and the order number, then follow the guided instructions.
Once the procedure has been correctly completed, you will receive a summary email
containing the list of items you want to return and the method of delivery to the courier.
Delivery to the courier must take place within 14 days.
Please don’t remove the price tags, accessories or labels. We don’t accept returns without them.
Personalized items may not be returned or exchanged, except for cases regarding product warranty.
You can request a return 24 hours after receiving your package. Just follow these four steps:

Take out your returns label. Put your items back into your returns package/box. Stick the return label to the outer part of the package. Make sure you cover up the old label. No returns label? Get in touch with our customer service team. We’ll generate a new one.
